   Once we were sat at our table, no one helped us for 30 mins and then we only received waters. At 30 minutes some one came and took our drink order but it took 10+ minutes to receive them. At that point we had not ordered dinner. The staff seems disorganized. Several waiters walked by our tables several times and didn’t ask if we had been helped. We only got service after we flagged someone down. The restaurant was not busy. Given the prices of the meals we expected better service.

   Really bad overpriced food! I could’ve popped open the freezer and made my own frozen fish in my air fryer. Better than what they tried to serve at this restaurant.

   Our party had three different cocktails and all were great. Steaks were really good and our server was very nice.

   We had a great lunch at Bristol's. We were able to choose from the lunch or dinner menu options. We had a 5 top and everyone's food was delicious, service was perfect, and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

   The food was amazing, except the scallops were a little over and extremely salty. The server was very nice, but we had to flag him down twice for water and for steak knives. He brought us boxes and bags for our leftovers, which is unusual here, as normally the server takes care of that for us. We did wait quite a while for valet, to the point of being late for our reservation even though we'd arrived early. Someone behind us used their horn and it was still a few minutes before we saw anyone. And then they did not take us in order of arrival. I think it must have just been an off night all around. But the food was delicious, the ambiance allowed for fun with friends or a romantic dinner, the server was kind and upbeat, the valet person was nice, and valet is only $10! Overall really good experience.

    Good food. We had an early reservation. Some of the waitstaff were late so we had to wait a bit to be seated and then to be waited on. Waiter forgot to bring our appetizer, but we had plenty of food, so it was no problem.
