   So lovely good was perfect! 1st steak was a little to chargrilled however they had no problem making changes. Food was lovely ,Lovely staff so friendly and accommodating lovely venue and an amazing bar down stairs. Will definitely be returning!

   Brix was a beautiful experience for Valentines Day with my partner. We had an exceptional time. Our waiter was super friendly, informative and energetic. The food was outstanding, flavours and freshness all round. Special shout out to the Pain Killah cocktail (out of this world) and the Brix lager. Definitely try the oxtail fries, brisket croquettes, chicken thighs with that tangy tomato sauce (!!) and the spicy feta dip & bread. We loved the live music and singer which created a relaxed, classy, romantic vibe! We even got up for a little dance as she sang, was lovely. Also loved the bar downstairs which had a vinyl DJ!!! where we got a free shot and had a lovely service / conversation with the head bartender who spoke about the bar concepts. All round 10/10 spot. Definitely be coming back for more.

   It was fine I wouldn’t recommend, very empty, food was tasty but portions were tiny so for the price was not good value - would go to somewhere else next time!

   The most amazing professional and friendly staff. Sides and starters were amazing, steak was cooked perfectly but not crispy on the outside, and will absolutely go back soon!

   Cannot recommend this place of you want to enjoy the meal. Over cooked meat, burnt corn and cold meals as they wanted to bring all of them at once for 8 people. The personal is kind and tried to make their best, but there is still a big room for improvement. Good live music though.

   The food was incredible and for the theme song excellent value. The staff were friendly and we throughly enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely be going back.

   This reservation was for Christmas Dinner. A 4 course meal Offered for 75gp. Apps were just ok, lacked flavor and texture. Main course all a disappointment, zero flavor in pork stew and turkey leg confit also had no flavor, sole was also barely tasteful. Desserts were so so, Apple pie was nothing like pie, barely sweet apple compote with what seemed to be coconut topping. All around odd menu especially given the price. Wine and service were great!

    I was really looking forward to our Christmas dinner. I came hungry just thinking about the rib eye steak. Service was good but the timing between entrees took a while. Understandably it’s Christmas Day so the restaurant could’ve been short staffed. Back to the rib eye. The table next to us ordered rib eyes as well. When it was delivered to their table it looked amazing. Nice thick cut of meat perfectly cooked. Now I was salivating for my entree to be served. Also, the rib eye was an extra £10 charge on top of their set Christmas menu price. So I’m expecting a decent piece of steak. When my steak got delivered, it was visually disappointing. The steak was literally half the thickness of the table next to us. It was paper thin. I noticed the patrons noticed my steak and said something in French. Probably saying they got lucky with their cuts. Plus there wasn’t a really good sear on steak because it was so thin. There’s not a lot of businesses open on Christmas Day and I was famished by the time we had dinner so I finished it. We waited for our entrees so long that I didn’t want to send it back. Plus we came near the end of service around 4pm so I know staff wanted to clean up and head home. Maybe they ran out of the proper rib eye? I don’t know. It wasn’t how I envisioned the meal especially after seeing the table next to us get their amazing rib eyes. Now I’m sitting in my hotel still hungry thinking of what should have been.
