   Had a reservation but still had to wait 30 minutes for my table due to them being overbooked. They also didn’t have the steak that I wanted available even though it was on the menu as an option. So, after spending 15 minutes trying to figure out what I wanted, I had to spend another 10 minutes trying to decide on a second option. The food was average but the drinks were great. Not worth the price overall. 5/10 rating.

   The food was pretty good. I was very irritated by the wait - to be seated and to be served. The food was good when I finally got it. In addition, it was COLD.

   It was an absolutely horrible experience for the cost. The restaurant first tried to seat us in the basement and no one was even down there seated - it was completely empty. The experience was horrible - the seating, the service and more!

   Never even got a chance to dine .We made reservations because we were Nyc to see play at barrymore theater..at 1030 we approached guy to check in for 1045 reservation time which he pointed us to a line that was down the block we then started talking to other ppl who had reservations as early as two hour bfore time that it then was 1115 ...there was no way we were waiting in line for hour when a reservation was made ...then come to find out it was a party they were having that took precedence over restaurant reservations...this was a total horrible way to do business...so we ended up having to find another place to dine at this time of night ...five thumbs down for bronx chop house

   It was a great vibe at The Brooklyn Chop House. The environment and all was awesome. The service was great as well. This is must to go to. If you’re celebrating anything, that is the place to celebrate it at.

   Horrible from the moment we stepped in. Ridiculously overbooked and short staffed. Didn’t see out waitress for 20 minutes after being sat. Is it a nightclub or a restaurant?

   Disappointing Experience at High Prices I recently dined at this steakhouse that has been generating quite a buzz, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the hype. Upon entering, I was greeted by a beautifully designed decor that set a pleasant atmosphere. However, that was where the positives ended. I ordered the 16oz filet mignon for a hefty price of $89, expecting a culinary delight. Sadly, it arrived lukewarm, which was quite disappointing for such a premium cut of meat. The fried rice, which accompanied the steak, suffered the same fate and lacked the warmth and flavor I was hoping for. The highlight of my meal was the chicken wonton appetizer, which was crispy and well-seasoned, but it was a brief moment of satisfaction in an otherwise underwhelming dining experience. To add to my dissatisfaction, the crowd was not what I anticipated at this steakhouse. While the dress code was listed as smart casual, I saw patrons in sweatsuits, hoodies, and even bodysuits that felt more fitting for a casual hookah lounge than an upscale dining establishment. Overall, this restaurant did not deliver on its promises. With the high prices and lukewarm food, it’s safe to say that I won’t be returning. Definitely not worth the hype.

   I enjoyed my food it was a good vibe. I was a little sick after but I think it was from eating the chocolate cake
