   Unbelievably small portions, especially Short Rib Agnolotti & Veal Ragu special—if it was a cup of food that would be a lot. Made reservation for party of 5, but table “wasn’t ready.” After standing for 15 minutes (with my 92yo mother) hostesses asked if we would want table in bar, but it was a 4 top. We were starving, we took it, but clearly we didn’t fit. Beautifully decorated but not worth the money.

   We all enjoyed a cocktail and shared apps. The stand out was the Scottish Egg, a poached egg wrapped in sausage. Very unusual. We each enjoyed our entrees. The branzino was light and flavorful. The pork chop was decadent and delicious. The short rib pasta was said to have been the best ever by someone in my party. The carrot cake was outstanding. Our servicer was top notch, friendly, helpful and fun! She seemed to love her job. The place is decorated so beautifully for the holidays. The only thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars is that the prices seemed higher than necessary.

   I gave the service a fair star, because this is the second time we have had reservations that weren't honored at the time we had made them. Our reservation was at 2:30 PM and the hostess kept telling us, "soon, people are getting their check, or paying their check." Eating outside was offered, but at 30 plus degrees, I was not going for that. At 3:10 a place opened up at the bar, so we took the two seats with intention of getting our table soon. Never happened, because the bar tender informed us that the kitchen was closing soon to prepare for dinner, and they wouldn't be serving food for an hour. When I explained to him, our reservation for 2:30 was not honored, he got the kitchen to prepare food for us. So the bar tender and the kitchen staff should at least get a good star, but the reservations are poorly managed. We weren't the only ones waiting to get seated, that had booked reservations. Walk-ins on that day were out of luck for sure.

   Was really looking forward to trying this place after stopping in for a cocktail earlier in the week. The bar tenders had been so engaging and friendly, and recommended we come back to try the food there. The Holiday Decor was beautiful and had nice ambience. The front desk staff was not present when we first arrived, and couldn’t so much as crack a smile when she finally did come to greet us. Our server was friendly but nothing flowed smoothly. Drinks took forever and my daughter’s soda never arrived. We had to flag down another waiter and ask for it again. I’d ordered an artisanal cocktail with a foam on top that had largely deteriorated by the time it got to the table. We ordered some Bar Snacks with pistachios but were given chickpeas instead. The manager was great and deducted them off the bill. The west coast oysters were excellent. Trying to time ordering our drinks so that they’d arrive with the next course was impossible. Our Mains took forever. Overall the food was good but it was frustrating dealing with the lack of flow to the whole dining experience. I’m guessing that they’re still ironing out the kinks to a relatively new operation. Would definitely give it another try when it isn’t so busy.

   Overall it was a good experience Waitress was very pleasant and efficient. The hostesses could be nicer and more organized. My branzino was great, French onion soup could have more flavor to my taste. My husband’s steak sandwich was a little tough. But drinks are great, spicy margarita was amazing! The restaurant was festive and well decorated for the holidays.

   Our daughter was in from California and we took her for an early dinner. We had wonderful service and delicious food. The decorations were so beautifully done. So happy we went and highly recommend.

    The Food and Service was very good. We were seated in the Bar Area which was crowded and unfortunately we were “elbowed” over and over by the patrons hanging out at the Bar.
