   5.30 Monday evening pre-Prom concert dinner, so naturally quiet, but elegant and calm ambiance. Outstanding service from all the staff - ice cold water and warm bread delivered promptly. Food was excellent Italian quality: tender bresaola; crispy skin on the generous sea bass fillets, tasty tomatoes in the salad, lots of perfect chips! Wine was delicious but seriously pricey. Poshest loos we’ve seen in a while -spa looks like it might be nice. Altogether just under £300 for 4 people- shared starters, mains, wine/green tea. A short walk to the Royal Albert Hall do perfect for a pre-prom treat.

   Was there before schedule but the waiter chose to ignore me. The restaurant was almost empty. I have no idea why this hotel is a LHW-member, but it is for sure not due to the „excellent“ service in their restaurant. I was considering booking this hotel for my trip to London in May but now I know that I don‘t want to see them ever again. Absolutely rude and unprofessional behaviour.

   Pre theatre is a must but you need to ask for the menu. Service excellent as was the food.

   Absolutely Fantastic! I took my fiancé here for his birthday on New Year's Day. It was surprisingly very very quiet (we literally had the place to ourselves). The hotel staff are very welcoming. The man at reception accompanied us to the bar where we were greeted with smiles, and the lady who served us all night was constantly making sure we were ok (but not in an annoying way). The food was delicious 😋. From starter to mains. They even bought out a complimentary dessert, which we definitely appreciated, although it wasn't to our liking. Expect to spend some money, as it's a bit on the pricey side, but in my opinion, worth the experience. We'd definitely go back!

   We celebrated my son’s eighteenth birthday here and all the staff went above and beyond to make it such a special occasion. The food was delicious and beautifully presented accommodating both coeliac and nut allergy diets. The restaurant itself is beautifully styled and a pure delight to dine in with the most genuinely kind and attentive staff. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening.

    Impeccable service and attention to detail was outstanding. Would certainly make a return visit as a pre-theatre venue
