   Subpar but was very busy and waitress did a good job. Crème brûlée was very good and better than many metropolitan cities

   We arrived at restaurant opening; 4:00 pm; because we had a 6:00pm show. We explained to the waitress we wanted to not be rushed. We came early to enjoy our wine, appetizers, etc. They didn’t give us a minute to taste our wine before delivering our stuffed mushrooms; “cold”. They then rushed us by delivering our salad before we finished the cold mushrooms. After that experience, we asked the waitress to please ask the kitchen to not rush our entree, and allow us time to enjoy our salad and another glass of wine. That did not happen. We got half way through our salad, and they delivered our entree; which we turned away; per our previous request. 20 minutes later; they brought back the entree; dried-up; left-over. $187 total for a dinner worth $40 at most. I will not be going back.

   This is a nice, quaint restaurant in a cool space. The food and service were excellent. The only negative in our experience was that some of the staff were bringing in supplies through the back door, so it was left open an extended amount of time, which made it pretty cold inside while we were eating. But once they were done, it warmed up. I would definitely eat there again.

   Waited 2 hours for entrees to be served and the food was below average. Service was slow and we were brought the wrong item 3 times.

   We were greeted and seated immediately however our server was quite absent the entire dining experience. Flagging her down for a refill was successful one single time. The table was sticky and had residue from the previous customers but couldn’t get anyone to assist us. Our soup was cold, but again, couldn’t find our server, so we ate it out of pure hunger. Had it been hot or even warm it would have been yummy. We didn’t get bread or the oils we asked for. If 3 entrees, one salad, and one soup costs 178$ I expect it to be served hot and have a server who cares enough about their customers to bother checking on them. I’ve never left an Italian restaurant and had room in my stomach to spare until tonight.

   We ALWAYS come back to Bruno's whenever we're in town. We live in Austin, TX and have always loved Bruno's. Tara took amazing care of us. The chef prepared Cacio e Pepe for me even though it wasn't on the menu. A fabulous dinner was enjoyed by everyone in our party. And the drinks were amazing.

    Nothing memorable about the food or drink except the trist cocktail. Our server is good. The restaurant is quiet and a good place for conversation.
