A unique preparation method where freshly cooked pasta is then finished in large cheese wheels before being served. Every Wednesday night we serve a special pasta from a hollowed out a cheese wheel (Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, Grana Padano or Sardinian Pecorino), paired with a glass of Prosecco. A unique authentic Italian experience in Marlow that introduces traditional recipes will transport you straight to Italy's culinary heart. Nothing is better than dinner and a show, especially when the show is your plate of tasty pasta being tossed in a cheese wheel right in front of your eyes. Next Wednesday 13nd: "La Carbonara". You can’t miss it!
