   Waited, despite reservation. One waiter, one cook for the entire restaurant. We waited at our table another 30 min. Then left after watching people who had ordered when we arrived to restaurant still waiting for their appetizer. Diners were pushing food around on their plates, not finishing. Looked unappetizing.

   Of the three restaurants we tried while staying at Tulsayab Development; Bsky is the ONLY one I would recommend! The food was great; the Mezscalina drink was outstanding and even in preparation for hosting the Super Bowl the service was good!

   Food and experience was fantastic. We had a Michelin Star dinner the night before downtown Tulum and Bsky was by far higher quality.

   My family was initially impressed because the restaurant is beautiful. The two guitarists also set a beautiful and fun mood on Friday night. Unfortunately, thereafter the experience was pretty awful. Our family of five dined there for our last night in Tulum. The service and food was the worst we encountered in Tulum. We waited 40 min appetizers - the tuna (which was tasteless and rubbery and had a sauce that was so unappealing we couldn’t even eat it. It was actually disgusting), the green salad which was browning and not fresh, and the fried seafood sampler which was soggy (although had a decent taste). Our waiter was always occupied or just couldn’t be found so our water was never refilled and we couldn’t inquire about much of anything. Our entrees took so long to come after complained (well over an hour) and then came piecemeal..my kids got Mac and cheese as a side then 30 min later, the steak. Who wants to eat a meal like that. The Mac and cheese tasted awful. It was sweet and the kids couldn’t eat it. My husband’s pizza unfortunately came out cold. My hen was just ok but the sides were similarly unpalatable. They actually tasted bad. The only item we had that was good was my sons pizza. They took off 10 percent from the bill for the outrageous delay but I would much rather have a memorable dining experience at full price then a discounted one. They need new chefs and need to be better staffed. Never again! There are so many better restaurants in Tulum. If you’re on that side of the beach go to Icaro instead.

   Food was below average in taste and bad quality. No worth half the price and would recommend going elsewhere

   Estupendo. 10/10, absolutamente nada de que quejarnos con mi pareja. Y honestamente somos críticos cuando se trata de comer afuera. Fuimos dos veces a comer y nunca nos defraudamos. Recomiendo 100%.

   We came over from next door to try a meal and were not disappointed. The ambiance was lovely, the food was good, and the servers were very nice. The price is a little steep but if you treat it as a date night out could still be worth it.

   Can be hard to find. In a beautiful boutique hotel. Hotel is on the water but the restaurant does not have ocean views.

   Enjoyed the Eloatie and our food was great. Also enjoyed some wine. We like the cat too

    Este lugar fue una sorpresa. La comida estuvo de 10. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, perfecto para cenas románticas. Luego de comer puedes dar un paseo por la playa y cerrar con broche de oro.
