We met for a birthday celebration. Ths fried shrimp platter w As decent but the fish and chips orders were awful. Totally overcooked and very little fish in the crust. For the price I don’t believe we will be back again. Not the Bubba Gumps that i have enjoyed in the past.

We were seated 45 minutes after our reservation time. It was very loud. The fish was over cooked. It took a long time to get refills and to get the check to pay. Overall it wasn’t the worst meal but certainly could have been better for the money we spent.

The food was delicious and the service was exceptional! I ordered ceviche and mahi-mahi, it was fresh and tested so good! I'll be back!

Our server was fantastic, but the food I am pretty sure was spoiled. I got the stuffed shrimp and it was not good at all mushy and gross with a twang of bad fish. Frys were good though... very pricey so I am glad that our server took my meal off the bill. but dang them prices. 2 drinks a combo and an appetizer somehow $100 dollars with out tip. So over $100 with a tip for 1 entree app and 2 drinks. Yall better calm it down. Won't be back them prices are awful

This is something we look forward to when we visit Gatlinburg, and we were not disappointed! Dinner was fabulous, the server was wonderful, and we can’t wait to visit again!

We made reservations but was able to be seated before. Excellent service and the food was delicious! We will definitely be back!

The appetizer came out with the food. The shrimp were mushy, the ravioli not cooked and cold. The price was ridiculous. Will not be visiting another Bubba Gump chain.
