Put in a reservation at a specific time through OpenTable. Was sat over 45 minutes after our reservation time. Was told that they just bump you to up on the list when you get there- it’s not a real reservation. There used to be a fun schtick at Gumps- from the license plate Stop/Go to the wait staff asking movie trivia- but all of that was missing. I had fish and chips that the fish was mostly breading. My wife’s stuffed shrimp was supposed to have a sauce on the rice but it ended up on the garlic bread instead. We’ve been to lots of Bubba Gumps, and to this one several times but it seems that coming here has lost its luster. There are much better places to go in town.

Everything was fantastic!!! Food was full of flavor, waitress was social and kept our drinks full, Hostess was friendly, even the lady in the shop was helpful!!! We will be returning!!!

We made it before our reservations and got seated our waiter was Eric he was fabulous. Had 6 in group 4 adults and 2 kids husband and myself ordered the feast we got 1 piece of overcooked dried out fish and 6 overcooked dried out shrimp and warm fries we ate what we could, and for 25 plus a plate should have been better than that

This was our second trip and the food is very good. We will return. Highly recommend the hush pups and the crab boil.

Trotz Reservierung mussten wir noch lange warten, und andere, ohne Reservierung, bekamen eher einen Tisch. Schlechte Organisation. Und dabei war insgesamt nur die Hälfte der Tische besetzt. Der Essen war sehr gut.

We received slow service during a slow service period, our waitress seemed like she was doing her best though. The food took quite a while to come out. I had the crab and shrimp boil, it came out cooked well and tasty, but my crab was missing legs. For 37 dollars I expected a better portion compared to when we go to the Orlando location which is always great. My husband got the seafood feast which came out overcooked and flavor was lacking. The breading was so hard that he chipped a tooth while eating.

We made reservations during a very busy Saturday night in Gatlinburg for 6 and then changed it to 8 about an hour before our 6:00 pm time. They accommodated us and our table was ready on time. Our service was excellent!! The food was delicious!

Waited several minutes for waitress, almost to the point we were fixing to leave. Brought our waters and then food arrived and I still had not got my drink . Was about to tell them to cancell the drink when it finally showed up. Service was poor , food was ok, most likely will not be back
