   Friendly server (Tad). Reminded me about my Landry’s card. Patient with our ordering, then had our appetizer out quickly, entrees arriving at just the right time. Tad (server) engaged us with some Forrest Gump trivia (appropriate for Bubba Gumps), which was a fun end to the dinner. Will definitely visit again on next trip to Vegas.

   Was unable to access Bubba Gump. My spouse is in a wheelchair and there was no way to get to Bubba Gump in Las Vegas. We called Bubba Gump and they told us to locate security and they would get us access to a service elevator. We searched for the security personnel but after 20 minutes of effort there was none to be found. It became apparent that we weren't going to be able to enjoy Bubba Gump and raised the concern in our mind, if we did find security and make it there how would we get back down? Also concerning was if we couldn't find security after directly looking for them, how can they be effective for those that need their services for other than elevator access? This is not a reflection on Bubba Gump but on Las Vegas unable to provide adequate accommodations for those that have disabilities.

   Kelsey was awesome! Recommended the ribeye and shrimp for my birthday. It did not dissapoint.

   Good was not good. Since it’s a busy Location, you can tell they were rushing the meals and drinks, which made them sub-par. Shrimp was hard and chewy, macaroni noodles were still hard and not cooked properly. Fish was overly battered.

    This place was sum new where different to go for the family. I was very happy from the selections on the menu. We ordered 2 of the buckets that had crab, shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes. It was delicious and was ready to split between 2 people. Also, i have a 19 year olds picky eater she decided she was just going to order 3 “sides” rather than the Chicken strip meal since that would have been I think $20 or so. She got mac & cheese, mashed potatoes and steamed rice.. to her surprise in our surprise the mac & cheese was very delicious. It was not cracked mac & cheese it was very creamy and had crumbles on top. The mashed potatoes were definitely real mashed potatoes blended a little chunks in them was really good.
