Dining experience was wonderful, waitress was exceptional. Food was served quickly and everything was delicious. Very fun ambiance. My overall rating is 4 stars because of seating hostesses, they were not as friendly and were a little snarky. My party arrived about 15 minutes sooner than our reservation, restaurant was not busy and there was lots of open indoor and outdoor tables available but the hostesses would not seat us early and turned us away asking us to come back at our scheduled reservation time and then giggled amongst themselves as we turned to walk away. Had they been more gracious about our early arrival and maybe said they would try to accommodate with no guarantees it would have been understandable and made for a more pleasant overall experience.

Everyone and everything was perfect. The manager even helped out and added fun conversations. We appreciate it all - thank You. Even Open Table !

Our initial reservation was for 8:30 pm. I ended up getting a text saying my reservation had been changed to 8:00pm. OK???? At 7:15pm I got a text stating my reservation had been changed to 7:30pm. My husband and I dropped what we were doing and went to the restaurant. I asked why the changes and I was told we are closing early!!! And by the way, you can’t take your drink in! Really? You push my reservation up by an hour and I can’t bring in half a cocktail? My husband was upset!!! I calmed him down and said babe I would really like to have dinner here! He was ok. The hostess was snarky and not very hospitable. Our waitress Kari made our experience worth the hassle! She was very friendly, and very efficient! She made the difference in our whole experience. The sad thing is we watched them turn 4 tables away due to closing and refused service to a couple in the gift shop due to register being closed. Not good customer service or business! Food was very good!

The service was great. The server and manager were very understanding however the food was terrible. Only 1 meal out of 4 was acceptable and eatable. The food was dry, fishy. Some of it was over seasoned and the other meal was not seasoned at all. It was for a birthday and fortunately the 1 meal that was good was the birthdays boys. The dinner was awkward and the problems made for a bad birthday dinner.

Excellent service. Amazing waitress. Very good food. Such a cool place with everything “Gump” you can dream of. Over looks Colorado River in the Golden Nugget Casino and Hotel in Laughlin.

Really overrated. We've been there several times, and in our opinion, the food has really gone downhill.

Our first time here. It was over priced and the food was salty. Everything is fried - no fresh selections.
