   No drinks served until we had finished starters- took nearly an hour to get them- then only one glass of wine- no cutlery bought with the food- took cutlery off another table and got shouted at by a waitress, main course served ( without cutlery again) but we still had out starters, waiter did not attempt to clear the plates so we had to put them on the window sill behind us- two meals were cold and the ribs were really tough with very little meat. No apologies at all! I went to the bar to see if I could get the drinks and the manager got right in my face and shouted- it’s New Years Eve we are busy! < it wasn’t New Year’s Eve btw!!) was then miffed that we asked to take the service charge off.

   Despite the reservation we waited for more than an hour in the shop to be seated, along with more than 50 other people, because they said the restaurant was full. When we were guided to our table we discovered that the restaurant was half empty… Service was quite poor and rude and food just average. I will never come back.

   Pésima atención a clientes desde la llegada, la señorita de reservaciones no tiene criterio , no tiene calidez , no tiene ni la mínima idea de que es servicio al cliente , cerrada , sin criterio , desde ahí empezamos mal ,

   Accès pour monter au restaurant difficile. Ils devraient y avoir quelqu’un qui filtre à la porte d’entrée. Moment très désagréable. On se faisait pousser, etc.

   We booked a table but we had to wait 1 hour before being seated! Most of the people that arrived later got a table earlier than us. If you cannot serve a large party do not accept bookings for groups bigger than 8. Not a great experience I wouldn’t go back

   Make sure you book! When we left the restaurant it was rammed with people wanting tables. Service was great, food delicious and accommodated people’s needs. Great experience

    Food service and ambiance was great. The women's room was horrendous and extremely disgusting. I walked out immediately I don't think I could have survived using it.
