The system to get into the restaraunt is ridiculous, the entrance is via their shop, and it was carnage, no system at all, we had booked but had did not make it any easier to get upstairs! Once we were up there we did have till wait another 10/15 mins for our table for 11 people and were then put on two separate tables! But waitress, food and drinks were lovely once we were seated.

Reservation was at 1900, restaurant was incredibly busy which couldn’t be helped. Seated at 1935. Food was cold and just thrown together. Server was great but had many tables to tend to. Wouldn’t go again sadly.

We made reservations for 6:15 but didnt get seated till almost 7. I get they were slammed, but they need a better system in place! It was also so packed we were bumping bodies all night while waiting. It was chaos! Good food though
