Our holiday was ruined. It was Thanksgiving and a family member’s birthday. When we arrived the restaurant was closed! It wasn’t closed for the day, it was closed forever with a for lease sign on the property. Why would you confirm the reservation?? I can’t imagine how many others experienced this. And there were others. I tried to contact Buca through their website and you can’t without a receipt number. I will never use Buca or opendoor again. You shouldn’t either. I don’t think you will even read this or contact me. Thanks for the bad memories.

Our server was so good and said the food might’ve been near the end of its life cycle. The chicken Parmesan was really wet, and the chicken was thin. The pasta was gummy and the salad was drenched in dressing and a little limp. The bread was amazing!

This was our second visit to this restaurant, and we had the pleasure of sitting in the kitchen dining this evening. I was so excited to see that we got our waitress from the first time we visited, Kelly, and she was amazing as always. We had a meatball, a margarita pizza, and the chopped salad between the 3 of us And still brought leftovers home. We love the family style meal. Everyone from the hostess, the manager, to the kitchen staff are all very friendly. But Kelly is the waitress extraordinaire. I swear she is my spirit animal! We will be back for sure!

Ordered the large Fettuccine Alfredo and large lasagna for our entrees. Fettuccine was great, but the meat lasagna was the worst I have ever had. Very bland and cold especially in the middle. Disappointed in the food, but service and ambience were excellent.
