   There was no heat in the entire restaurant. It is February 15. The waiter never checked on us, never brought more water. Not many people there. This place was recommended to us and I am sure was fabulous at one time but is not recommended by us to anyone until they can get some things straightened out.

   I love Buca and go there many times a year including yearly for Valentine’s Day but this year they was behind and missing the same service that I am used to I was sitted 30 minutes after reservation, and the very last person in the building I know I was not the only one scheduled for that time slot

   Showed up for my Valentines Day dinner. Reservations were at 8:15. Arrived promptly, and was told there was a 30 minute wait for my reservation. They also brought us a $25 giftcard for inconveniences, which was common for everyone, so no big deal. I then proceeded to get my table at 8:47 pm, waited until 9:10pm without being greeted by a server to then proceed to walk out of the restaurant. This experience turned what was supposed to be a nice night with my s/o, into us starving and ruined Valentine’s dinner since it was already WAY to late to go eat anywhere else.

   We made a reservation for 18:15 on Valentine’s day; when we arrived at our time the waitress told us it would be another hour. We never got to eat.

   Definitely needed reservations for Valentines Day as the restaurant got crowded very quickly after we arrived for our 5:45 dinner. The specials that were offered made our date night even more affordable. Food selections as always were plentiful and the food was served to order and tasted amazing. Our server was attentive and gave us just the right amount of attention. Highly recommend Buca di Beppo for a special night out or a casual evening with friends. You can’t go wrong either way.

   I basically gave 3 stars because the service was so slow, but I attributed that to it being Valentines day. Everyone was very busy, waiting on customers, but not us. One of the servers stopped by our table to see if we had been waited on, and left to find out who our server was. Needless to saw our server eventually showed up. It could gave been he didn't know he gad our table. It took a while to get our salad and when we got it, we didn't have plates or silverware. Stole some off a table not being used. After we put in our main order, it wasn't long afterward that it showed up. A family around us got their main dish before their salad. Told their server they hadn't gotten it yet so they took the main dish back to keep it warm, finally got their salad, then had to wait after they finished the salad, for the main dish to be brought back. Really can't complain much. The food was delicious. Service was ok after we got someone and, like I said, the place was packed.

   We went here for Valentine’s Day. Ordered the Valentine special (which they were promoting heavily) and had to wait 45 minutes to an hour to receive our entree not to mention 20 minutes to receive drinks from bar. This was at 5PM so I know it only got worse as the night went on. This is an established restaurant that should have been prepared for a special event and the wait was unacceptable since the restaurant was not even packed at the time. If you are going to promote a special you should be prepared to crank those out. We will not be back.

    I've always had a good food, great service, and never ever had any issues. I love the fact that you get a table for 4 or 19 without missing a beat.
