   Baked ziti was flavorless. Zero Italian seasoning detected in the sauce and pasta very stodgy/starchy. Had to put tons of parmesan on the dish just to give it any kind of flavor. Chocolate cake looked really delicious but had very little chocolate flavor.

   They were out of the spaghetti & meatballs at 2:30pm. The spaghetti with meat sauce was watered down & not very good. They overcharged us on the check. Had to wait even longer to get that straightened out after already extremely slow service. Not a great experience.

   We came and had reservations. Realize pretty quickly that they had been moving around reservations all day long and actually didn’t have a table ready for us. I had to wait about 25 minutes with my elderly wheelchair-bound mother-in-law. It’s OK whatever no big deal right? We were in seated. Our waiter came to take our drinks. Tell them that we are ready to order. And we are the spaghetti and meatballs and a lasagna and a large salad 10 minutes later the way to comes out and says we had too many orders today and we ran out of meatballs?! We switched our order to meat sauce, but couldn’t understand how Italian restaurant runs out of meatballs at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, so it changed to a meat sauce. The food comes and the only thing good about it was a salad the lasagna and the spaghetti were both cold by the time it came out and was served, but everybody had already filled up on some salad and my husband ordered another one on the menu. He didn’t actually show what the large salad price was. It was literally just a Caesar salad about the same size bowl that you would get Olive Garden when the bill came just the two salads alone was $80. There was no chicken or protein. It was just lettuce and Caesar dressing it cost more than the entrées which were cold. The bill came to over $200 and we didn’t enjoy our cold food at all. Buca probably maid 500% profit or more on the poor services and price. It’s a no wonder that they’re is starting to go out of business. Quality of food has tanked.

   Went to Bucca in Pasadena for Christmas Eve dinner. Great experience, especially for a group. We were seated quickly, our wait staff were quick and attentive and great value for the amount of food in Bucca's portion sizes. Will be a go-to for big holiday dinners.

   I love Bucca and have always celebrated birthdays and milestones here. I love their food and ordered the same thing all the time. My friends and I were surprised when our food did not taste the same as it usually does. The linguine frutti de mare and the chicken limone was not its usual taste. it was bland and the chicken taste like boiled chicken and they just put the lemon and capers as toppings. We were all surprised by the change.

   We love this restaurant. The folks letting their kids sprawl across the floor, notsomuch. It was great to order from regular menu on a Thanksgiving evening. Thank you!

   Went here for Thanksgiving wanted to sit in the main dining area instead got put at the front of the restaurant next to a group of drunks who were being obnoxiously loud .... But we have been looking forward to the loudness of the main dining area..... In any case the food this time for some reason was subpar... And the fish was ridiculously hard isn't fish supposed to be cooked nice and flaky? The service unfortunately was also miserable.... Not sure what happened this time we had been there before for Thanksgiving and things were much much better ...oh well can't win them all

   Ordered the Lasagna, antipasto salad and cheesy garlic bread. The amount of food was more than enough and the quality was excellent. I'll surely return

   Absolutely Beautiful Birthday I Came In On Thanksgiving For Birthday I’m A Disabled Army Veteran They Sang A Birthday Song And Candles But No Birthday Cake….I Think For Birthday Celebration At Buca Di Beppo Should Give Free Birthday Cake

    Turkey was ice cold. Mashed potatoes and gravy were very good as was cranberry sauce. I didn’t care fir the stuffing although both dining companions loved it. Pumpkin pie was frozen.
