Very poor service. Our salad came out missing ingredients, rather than fix it they just brought out 2 bowls of deli meat and had us add them ourselves. Got burned bread, and the prices of $50 for a bowl of pasta with premade sauce is outrageous. Gettting anything refilled or getting our check required leaving the table and getting attention at the host stand

My only complaint was at the end of the night, as they were preparing to close, they turned on these very obnoxious bright lights to let people know to go home. It would’ve been better if our server or the manager would’ve told everyone they were closing.

I wasn't sure what to expect for Thanksgiving in a predominantly Italian restaurant, but was pleasantly surprised. Although the turkey was a little dry, it did have a good flavor. Also, the mashed potatoes were very good, the cranberry was delicious, and the stuffing was legitimately fantastic. The green beans were solid but unspectacular. Even the pumpkin pie was quite good. The service, was mediocre at best. We waited a long time before we were greeted, and everything was rushed. When bread was dropped at the table, they barely stopped to breathe while saying "here's some bread". The same thing happened repeatedly with everything brought to the table. There was also no refills for anyone at the table (except me) despite "taking the refill order". Server was friendly but not particularly good.

A tranquil Sunday afternoon lunch was made so special by our waiter, Luis, and Cindy who greeted us & helped with our questions about Thanksgiving offerings. We shared a lunch chicken parm and added a side salad plus a pasta side - as this dinner did not include any spaghetti. Dinner menu is served Sat-Sun. Everything was tasty and it was not loud or crowded at 2 pm or so when we were there.

We tried the 2/$25 menu. At first we were told it was no longer being promoted but I had an email that said otherwise so they honored it. It was a really fabulous deal! We always spend at least double that and more eating there so I really appreciated the deal. Food and service were great.

Buca has really gone downhill in good quality, prices way too high and the service (wait staff) is not horrible but definitely not good. On a Friday night this place was almost empty when you used to have to wait for a seat or make a reservation. My reasons listed are clearly why its no longer popular, at least not this location. I had a birthday $20 off coupon and without that would have been the biggest rip off. Also was served “16oz glass” of draft beer , not cold, one of them sour or off and cloudy …in a 12 oz glass. Sent back this bad beer and ordered a bottle and didnt even gull same size glass. Wont be going back to this location ever.
