Fantastic food and amazing service from all staff. Only let down by some extremely loud groups also sat around but had no fault with the food was excellent!

The food was just as expected and really good. The service, particularly from the management was disappointing and lacked any personality or pride on the job. Our server was fine, although she seemed a little nervous and had no support from those around her. The manager was on his personal phone by the desk when we arrived and was quite blunt and rude. He didn’t smile or engage politely with anyone in the entire restaurant all evening and kind of set the tone that customers are an inconvenience! Manners and a smile cost nothing and go a long way!

Thanks for allocating the table 3 next to window for me each time. I appreciate it. Also the Lithuanian waitress (Brigetta I think) is very attentative and precise. Great service. Regards

This is a brilliant place for a steak meal. Best steak I've had as far as I can remember; beats other steakhouses any day. Didn't need the blue cheese sauce (dunked my fries in it instead), just sprinkled some salt on the steak. The beef empanadas starters were delicious too. We went for lunch midweek so didn't have to book although I had beforehand just in case (wife's birthday!). I could imagine how popular they would be in the evenings. Tasty unobtrusive decor, leather themed place mats, comfy chairs, excellent service. Luckily we were on the upper floor so not subjected to raucous company downstairs. However they were so loud the noise floated up the stairwell otherwise it would have been splendidly quiet. I will definitely go again. It's restimulated my steak palate.

Booked for a get together with Friends aged from 30 to 60, six of us, we were put on a very small table with very little room, so disappointed in our meal, starters were okay, mains were dreadful, very dry burgers and chicken, couldn’t even eat the burger buns. Absolutely disgusting churros for pudding they were cold and incredibly greasy. The bill came to £355.16 including a service charge of 12.5% which came to over £40 was added, it really was not deserved. Definitely won’t be going back as all of us were really disappointed in the whole experience.

Yet again another great night. If you like your steak this is one of the places to go, and the only place to go in Reading!

Amazing. Staff were so attentive but also not in a rush to get us out the door. Lively surprise for the birthday too. Also all the steaks are halal!!
