With hardly anyone in the restaurant it took 45 minutes to get our food. The boneless wings were cold, overcooked and hard. Two side orders were forgotten about. When we asked several times for them, one of the orders had the wrong sauce on them. The manager finally got the order corrected and lowered the bill. It wasn't enough for us ever visit there again. Terrible experience on Easter Sunday with out of town guests with us.

Didn’t accept OpenTable reservation. Food did not come out for almost an hour. We ordered burgers.

We made a reservation on their website and when we got there they said they don’t take reservations. We had to wait 2 hours for a table because of large event at LSU.

Terrible dining experience . The waitress was out of it, she didn’t bring us menus and asked us what we wanted to order. When I asked for menus she acted like it was inconvenient to go get them. Took 10 min to come back with them. Me and my daughter ordered our drinks which she mixed up. The food came out all wrong. She just seemed to be in la la land. She wasn’t rude but she never smiled, never checked on us, when we pointed out the food was messed up she never apologized. Acted like it was an inconvenience to bring it back to have it corrected. She had the personality of a wet mop. Not even a Happy Mother’s Day. I could have overlooked all the other mess ups If she was accommodating,nice, pleasant or apologetic. It would have went a long way considering how crappy everything else was.

We were extremely annoyed to have made a reservation for lunch on Christmas, only to find that it was closed when we pulled into the parking lot. Not a fan of this place.

Lackluster server. Loud rap music pumping out from the cooks in the kitchen so I couldn’t hear the Mavs game on tv. My date complained about the salty flavor of two of wings but liked a different flavor. Cheese curds were decent.

Well they told us upon arrival that they DON’T use Open Table—-so you should update your website. We felt like we were “a bother” because we had a group of 8 people. And don’t go there the day after a big football game because they won’t have anything on their menu available. So to recap-don’t book them through Open Table. They don’t know or care about this platform.

It had been 4-5 years since I frequented this place. That one and only visit was quite disappointing in that I found it loud, uncomfortable furnishings, over-priced mediocre food, served in a most unappetizing way. Well, I am sorry to say that, as Yogi Berra is famed for saying, "It was like deja vu all over again." Over-cooked wings served on cardboard. Tasteless chili also served in a paper cup with a plastic spoon gave more the sense of Wendi's than a serious restaurant. The nonchalant management and servers would be more appropriate for a lemonade stand. Perhaps I'll try this place agaIn....in another 4-5 years.

In town visiting daughter. Made reservation online when got to restaurant they started they were not taking reservations and the wait would be about 30-45 min. Even though it let me do reservations online.
