We had not been here for awhile due to the horrible service and food issue last time but they now have the real bogo back so we decided to try again. Our server was excellent- attentive and nice. Food was good-ish, if not a bit dry, and as per usual, wings were tiny. At least we had double the amount for Free!

Made a reservation the day before, and was contacted two hours before my reservation that it was canceled because of a draft party. Yes seems like very poor planning and management.

Had reservations through open table. We stood there for 10 minutes without seeing any workers. Finally found someone and told him we had reservations for 10 minutes ago. He informed me that they don’t do reservations. After about 20 minutes we finally got to speak with the manager. He said they usually don’t do reservations (we always make reservations here), but they would get us seated. Over half of the restaurant was empty, so everyone waiting was confused. This location needs leadership.

It was good, service wasn’t very good but the restaurant was short staffed. No one seems to be working anywhere I don’t know how people are making a living if not working

We use open table to reserve spot in line any day here. When we got there there was hour wait but we got right in due to reservation.

Service was super slow. Wanted to give BW3’s a chance and make it my place. Service took way to long. Food was not to the level that I BW3’s should be.

Unfortunately what should be their namesake, Buffalo, leaves much to be desired. When BWW first came on the scene, food was great, vibe was great, service was great. Not sure what happened but over the years they have progressively gone downhill. Just came from there and they had to move a bunch of tables to accommodate a large party. When I looked over the floor was just littered with paper and god knows what else. Had they been busy and just behind on cleaning I would have understood. But there were at best 6 tables with people at them and lots of people walking around aimlessly. Perhaps their masks were covering their eyes and they didn’t see how dirty the floor was. Left me wondering if their kitchen could be the likes of something you would see on Kitchen Nightmares.

The food was good and the staff were very nice. It always seems to take a long time to get the food, but it was tasty.
