There was hardly anyone there yet tables were piled with trash from previous customers. The host wiped our table before we sat and left it SOAKING wet. The service was slow. Food was as expected...nothing special but there’s something to be said for consistency.

The manager of the restaurant would not honor our reservation or the reservation of the people behind us. He said that during fight night reservations do not mean anything. I asked them why they have them or let us reserve a table? His comment was that it should have been turned off and not allowed us to reserve a table. We and the party behind us told him that we have used open table several time to reserve a table during fight nights and this is the first time we have ever been told that reservations don’t mean anything. Very disappointed with the manager and his responses. I have been to this restaurant several times and have used open table the majority of the time without any issues. Will not be going back to this restaurant because of the poor service by the manager.

Our waitress was horrible. kept forgetting stuff, didn't bring things out. Food tasted ok, picture in the menu looked 10 times better then what came out on the plate. Food took forever to get out to us, and yes there were 11 people in out party but the restaurant was empty. This is our third time eating at this place only because its my sons birthday each time, I promise ill buy him a new car next year instead of eating at a Buffalo wild wings restaurant. And yes im telling everyone is see and know how horrible our times and been. Thank you

Walked right in and ordered our food within five minutes, then waited 45-50 minutes for food to arrive. Only saw our server twice during that time. Way too long for food. Don’t go hungry.

We had a reservation and still waited over and hour and half to even get our food. The waitress never checked on us, we had to hunt her down as she walked by from serving other tables. After asking to talk to the manager he comes out with our food and says non chalantly “sorry about the wait guys”. The food was Luke warm and totally wrong as well. We only got half the order and took another 5 minutes for the SALADS to come out. We all understand weekends are busy but this was unacceptable ! 4 children and we weren’t even given anything to hold us over. We then talked to the manager who was in charge of the whole restaurant and he just apologized and that was it. Terrible experience and terrible staff.

The service was very slow. We waited an hour for our food and it was only lukewarm when we got it. We had quit going here to eat for these reasons, but decided to give it another try. Needless to say we won’t be going back for awhile.
