Our server was absolutely terrible, she didn’t give us refills took her an hour to even come take our order after getting us our drinks. My food came out wrong 3 times. She did nothing about it the 3rd time, just said sorry and walked away.

We arrived on time. We were told they were short staffed but several employees were standing around talking. We were told a 15-20 minute wait and it didn’t matter that we had a reservation. Once we were seated, the waitress waited on every table around us. Another one refilled the station with cups and napkins. After 20 minutes of no one even coming to our table to ask if we had been served yet or offered us a drink, we left. We will not be going back. This was the third time something like this has happened at the specific establishment.

Had reservations they ignored me then when I raised concerns they tried sitting us at a little table by the kitchen. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I thought the customer was right not the establishment.

The place is a chaotic mess. We stood for 12 mins before we e were greeted. Once seated, it was obvious they were way understaffed. They brought another table’s order to us initially the tried to give our order to another table. Moat the wings were lukewarm and sauce had dried up meaning they had been sitting for some time. Not a great experience.

Great experience. There was a quality issue with some chicken (not their issue) and they fixed it. They were worried they wouldn’t be ready for us for our reserved time so they called to let us know in advance. They really went above and beyond in terms of service.
