I was surprised to learn that even though we had an Open Table reservation, we were treated the same as folks without a reservation and had to go into the “waiting cue.” No value in having an open table reservation??

Couldn't remember if they took reservations so I called when we were headed that way and was told no, but then I checked open table. No wait when we got there at 6pm, but it filled up quickly after that. The food was great as always and service was great except I hate to wait around for my check but it did get busy fast and so did our waitress.

Don’t get me wrong, the staff shortage played a role in the scoring. However, our waiter was outstanding given the lack of help she had.

We approached the host stand and told them we had a reservation and was told that they didn’t accept reservations. After I told her I made it on open table she said that they don’t use the reservations even though you can make them on open table. Bad start to the dining experience…we went across the street to Cheddars and had a great experience.

Arrived at location and was told by hostess that our OpenTable reservation wasn’t honored at their location and they don’t know why the app gave us the option. Wings were tiny compared to other BW3 locations, will not visit again .

Food took over an hour to get. Then they messed up my order. My alcohol beverage mostly tasted like water with a lot of ice. It just wasn’t the greatest experience.

Waited well over an hour after ordering our food before it was ready, then half our food was cold. They apologized stating they were short staffed in the kitchen.

The hostess was extremely rude and unaccommodating, we were on the wait list for 30 mins and supposedly 2 in line but since they weren’t letting us know our table was ready we inquired and she enlightened us that all of the booths had just been sat (we had requested a booth due to my severe back problem it is hard to sit in a hard seat for a lengthy time). Not only was she rude she repeated herself 3 times like we were incompetent to not understand her, we understood her very well. We went ahead and took the table since we had 3 children with us and had a late Church service. What you should recognize is that customers have a choice to be a customer or not and in a time like we are experiencing treatment like we experienced is one that will make our choice easier when we go out next time (and we eat at your location at least once a week).
