Made a reservation but then was told they don’t take take reservations on Saturdays. Staff and patrons not wearing masks. Waitress was friendly but slow and unhelpful. Asked about a beer and she answered she didn’t know because she’s not 21.

Experience overall was fine, I was lucky there was a table available. The first thing I was told when I walked in and mentioned my name was that they honor take reservations on Sundays. Would have been frustrating if there was a wait. Also the communication was a bit curt. Like I said, experience overall was fine, but turn off Sundays on Open Table if you don't take reservations. I thought this was a great way to ensure I could catch an out of market game with my young son and not have to worry about crowds or waiting. Thanks.

Always fun at Buffalo Wild Wings in Traverse City. Great bartenders that remember you and your drinks with great attitudes and service. Plus, this BWW has kept Buzztime trivia which in addition to the service keeps me coming back!
