We had a fantastic time celebrating my son’s 21st birthday! The customer service was amazing! Glad this is where my son chose to go for dinner!

We made reservation on SuperBowl day, were told that was not honored. Put at a table anyways, pd $20 for table, then couples came that apparently came earlier and hand picked out table, so we were moved food promotions drinks and all! If you don’t allow on line reservations for big days then WHY is it allowed?!? We reserved on line, NOT knowing about your policy. Ridiculous. Food was terrible. We both got sick afterwards. Wings were over cooked and tough and not hot. We’ll never come again.

I've frequented this BWW and have never had the lack of service like I did this last visit. The food was cold, we had to ask several times for silverware, refills on drinks, and the vegetables that go with the wings. They dropped out son's bread and forgot to bring him a new piece.

Quick to get a table and service for a party of 9. Food was excellent, game was on and crowds cheering created a fun time for my out of town family. Service was wonderful! Best experience at any buffalo wild wings I have to been to yet!
