Love this place, we go here every time we’re in Turks and Caicos. Great food, great service, and they have a wonderful rum selection:)

The waitress Cynthia was pleasant and the food was seasoned well. Social media stated live music on Saturday and none was played. Just make sure to ask ahead of time to separate check/bills.

We went as a family of 5. The place was empty. We were offered drinks shortly after sitting and then they took out food order. The food was mid. The servers never came back to ask if we wanted anything else and took forever to bring the check. I would skip it for next visit.

This was our favorite dining experience in Turk & Caicos! The setting, food & service were all perfect. It was wonderful to get away from the busy Grace Bay area & see a more peaceful & natural part of the island. Our family went to dinner & sat at a table in the sand with a view of the water & the sky. We thoroughly enjoyed the live entertainment of a very talented saxophone player. The food was so fresh & delicious - highly recommend the fried rice & the conch dumplings!! Take the 15 minute ride to this place - it's SO worth it.

I hesitated when I booked this, but we were here for New Years and I couldn’t find a reservation. They were practically the only restaurant that had availability. The reviews were not good and our house manager said not to go. We went anyway and I can say it was delicious! The restaurant was on the beach, staff were delightful, and the trumpet player was fantastic!! We are so glad we went! I guess they upped their game! Please go while you’re here! It’s not in a great part of town, but so what!

Absolutely loved Bugaloo's! The location was beautiful and just perfect for our multigenerational family. The service was wonderful and the owner was charming, informative and made our time there so welcome! We enjoyed all of our dishes and drinks and singing along to the saxophonist playing that evening.

Food was awesome! Had conch ceviche, conch sampler player, avocado and conch, and grouper. The dessert was key lime pie and rum cake. We will definitely be back.

The atmosphere is fantastical island vibe, and that’s the main draw, but something’s not quite kosher here. I’ve been coming to T+C for about 15 years, and it’s usually the hotel restaurants that add the mandatory tip/service fee of 15% to account for foreigners who aren’t accustomed. To note: I’ll always tip 20, 25– or an even greater percent— for good-great service. I noticed they added 15% here today, so I started calculating back from 22%— when Julene relayed that the “service fee” was not, in fact, the tip- that that was collected “for the owner and the bar”. So, am I expected to tip their 15% AND my 20-22%? A 35-37% tip? Sorry, but won’t be back + others should know. Too bad, I liked this place.
