Introducing the latest addition to the “Forever Fabulous” Flamingo Las Vegas, the all-new Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse will transport guests back to the resort’s vintage roots while serving a fresh and intriguing steakhouse experience in a modern way. Guests will be transported from the moment they arrive, as they enter through the “bakery” façade and past the dry aged meat cooler, giving the illusion of discreetly entering through the back as many did decades ago. Once inside the steakhouse proper, an eye-catching dining experience awaits. In collaboration with designers Studio K Creative out of Chicago and renowned designer Jonathan Adler, the restaurant boasts a variety of atmospheres, including the main bar, patio dining, the bustling main dining room, three private dining rooms and a raw bar. Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse is a one-of-a-kind destination steakhouse, much like its resort’s origins, in menu, design and atmosphere. Bugsy and Meyer would approve.

The food was very good and worthy of a better dinner environment. My wife said it felt like we were dining in the middle of a shopping mall.

Lobster overcooked, tasteless, crunchy. Charged for bread! Everything is charged separately and way too expensive. Not worth the money at all!!!

This was the BEST experience EVER. The Chef came to our table, we had complementary champagne and oysters (my first time ever trying) The wait staff was very attentive and the food was superb. Our steaks were perfected to the correct temperature and the sides were plentiful. We will definitely return.

Ordered the table experience but the Chef was too busy to come to the table. Don’t pay for it. Food was good. Lobster was dry but scallops were great.

Prices are way too inflated for the food, which was good for a steak house. A little annoyed that they charged me $7.95 for horse radish sauce when it was clearly on the menu as included with the meal? Drinks are way too spendy also. There are much better places to drop $380 on a dinner for two, don’t recommend.

Food was good. Service was outstanding! Our waiter and staff was amazing. The ambiance needs a little updating, but overall, we would return.

Not what I was expecting. I purchased the table experience and it was not what was stated. I had to tell the staff twice that I had purchased it. Unfortunately was disappointed. I waited two hours and was served the wrong steak. I was not about to wait a other hour or two for the correct order.

Great atmosphere. Great service. We went on Valentine’s Day and did the special for 2 for $250. But if you are going to go thru the hassles to create a multi course plan it should include everything including a smaller portion of a side. The steak was poorly cooked. Part was MR which is what was ordered for the ribeye but other parts of the same steak was more like MW. Chilean Sea Bass was delicious. There are better places on The Strip for the price so look around. This will not be a must do in the future which is sad because other friends have recommended it.
