The atmosphere is effortlessly chic—modern yet warm—making it ideal for date nights, celebrations, or simply treating yourself. The menu strikes a perfect balance between authenticity and creativity, with dishes like the hamachi collar and bone marrow that absolutely blew us away. Every plate is beautifully presented and packed with vibrant, bold flavors. The margaritas were flawless, and the craft cocktails overall are as artfully crafted as the food. Service was top-notch, with a team that’s both knowledgeable and genuinely passionate. Bulevar isn’t just dining—it’s an unforgettable culinary experience!! p.s. go during brunch too!

    This is a consistent go-to date spot and the team at Bulevar always delivers a first- class experience. Victor at the bar gave spot-on descriptions of the dishes and provided excellent service throughout this visit. The pork secreto with roasted peaches is a dish I'll be craving from this point forward. And we absolutely loved the Hamachi collar served with blue corn tortillas for fish taco-making. Only drawback was a plethora of raw onions in many of the dishes despite this not being specified on the menu. Not a big deal, just a bit too much. Definitely among the best of the best restaurants in Austin!

    Bulevar always exceeds our expectations. We sit at the bar. Very easy to visit and socialize. The food, especially the carne asada is fantastic, but also the queso. The bar staff are the best.
