   The fixed prixe brunch menu was worth it but so much food. Next time we could easily get three small dishes to share because they're actually quite big for tapas. We got a chicken and waffle aside from the fixed price menu and the chicken was crunchy, crispy but burnt and inedible. We took all the burnt batter off because we didn't want to spend extra time waiting for them to remake it. The waffles were the star of the meal. We also got the Nutella waffles from the fixed pricw menu and it was so good. The egg dishes we got were so so. Cooked well but bland. The smoked salmon dish was very good, but could use some capers or more slices of purple onion. I think what happens in restaurants that have such a wide variety of dishes, it can be hard for the chefs to make every single one a hit out of the park. We will come back again to try some of the other bites because the ambience was nice, drinks very good, and service great too. We would like to see which dishes are their specialities. As we left, a table next to us got their paella and it smelled and looked amazing! So it's definitely worth a shot to try again!!

   This is fantastic place for tapas and to taste the flavors of Spain. The service staff is friendly, professional and the Dodd is superb.

   Lovely meal - Jamon Croquettes with fig, seafood paella and finish with flan de coco. Accompanied by an avacado margarita and a glass of Cava. Excellent service by Ambar. We always enjoy Bulla!!

   Patatas bravas are consistently better than those we ate in Madrid, and we haven't found a menu in the world that offers Bulla Gastrobar's chorizo stuffed dates. We never visit the restaurant without ordering the ceviche.

   We had a great evening at Bulla. The service was amazing especially Ryan was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the wines and great food recommendations. I can’t wait to go again!

   We had great service from Amanda with many delicious tapas. We dined early and the happy hour was still in place too. I recommend the white sangria, pork and chicken skewers and the eggplant if you like sharing small plates. Overall, great food and great service.

   Always enjoy Bulla! Our waitstaff was attentive but not always interrupting. The menu is good and has some variety depending on the season!

   We had an amazing experience at Bulla this past Saturday night. We had THE best server Amanda who, despite having several tables inside & outside, managed to keep our waters full, offer suggestions for additional small plates, or just stop by to check on us in general. We started with the Chef's board consisting of two delicious cheese, chorizo and pancetta along with a variety of olives, some crunchy walnuts and toasted baguette slices. We ordered a nice malbec along with a lemongrass Collins-and it was happy hour! Then we ordered the tuna tartare, grilled octopus salad (AMAZING), ham croquettes and the fig jam was so delicious, and the fried eggplant. The eggplant was not our favorite we think because it is such a watery vegetable to begin with, that when it's fried it becomes mushy & likes to hold the grease. But the honey truffle aioli was really tasty despite not really liking this particular tapas. From the atmosphere to the drinks, to impeccable service, we won't be waiting so long to return.
