Bullvino's Churrascaria is a family owned traditional Brazilian steakhouse located in Lowertown St. Paul, MN. Churrascaria, which translates from the Portuguese word "barbecue" is served all-you-can-eat. Roving waiters serve the barbecued meats from large skewers directly onto the seated diners' plates allowing each guest to enjoy a variety of options. Included in our flat rate pricing is our large self serve salad bar which has a wide range of salads, soups, meats, and cheeses.

Bullvino's Churrascaria was established in the spring of 2021 by two partners who each have a lifetime of experience working in churrascaria style restaurants. Through their experience they have assembled a dedicated team of service professionals who have perfected the art of churrascaria down to the finest detail.

We decided to try a new-to-me Brazilian steakhouse. One of the first people who came to our table was Nate, and we recognized him because he used to work at another BSH that we no longer go to. His service was always excellent and he was missed, so it was nice to find him here. The service at BullVino was really good, we were checked in on every few minutes to see if there was anything we wanted to circle by again, our drinks were kept topped off, and there was no real wait before a new option was brought to the table. The portions were really nice, instead of one tiny piece of steak we were served large portions. The top shelf meats were brought by more than once and they were all delicious. In a side by side, the only minor difference between BV and Fogo is that BV's salad bar is smaller, but if you're going to a Brazilian steak house for the salad bar, I question your life choices. Five stars, we will definitely be back.

Really impressed on our 1st visit, this one was a huge disappointment. 1. Server never came back to take husband's drink order - even after another server said they'd get them. 2. Took quite a bit of time to get any meat & when it finally started coming through a bit, there was not a good variety. 3. After the 1st morsel of meat, any of the rest we eventually received was very grisly/fatty. 4. Even though I included a note on the reservation that we were celebtating our son's birthday, there was no aknowledgement at all.

The salad bar was ample, and the meat was plentiful, but there were hits and misses with both. The wait staff was good, but they seemed to share responsibilities. Which lead to occasional delays in service. The music was slightly louder than I would prefer. Which made it hard to understand staff. The meats were generally good to very good. My favorite surprisingly the parmesan chicken wing, followed by the bacon wrapped steak, ribeye and spicy sausage. The filet was disappointing in flavor the beef rib was very tender but lacked flavor. The doneness did vary between servers. I ordered medium rare and received rare medium and medium well. The first sausage was over cooked and dry. The second was wonderful. The creme broule was very good, but the chocolate mouse cake was just ok. I thought the price was reasonable.

An ok dining experience. The food is excellent and the ambiance is nice. The services on a Sunday evening was quite slow and it took a while to receive the selections we wanted. The team did not forget our requests. We will return for the fun experience.

We booked at 8pm and waited 45 minutes to be seated. The service at the door was absolutely chaotic. It's a shame because the place deserves better. But the whole organisation of the service at the tables needs to be completely overhauled. The waiters come round to bring the meat, but not all of the meat on offer gets to the tables, as the waiters' route is completely random. As I said, it's a shame because the place could offer so much more. It was a very stressful evening. Paying to eat while stressed is no longer acceptable these days.

We’ve been here a number of times, restaurant week was the absolute worst time to go. The service was awful, we waited 35 minutes after our reservation time to get a table. Then we waited another 20 minutes for service, then another 25 to pay the bill. I usually leave churrascarias absolutely stuffed, I was still hungry, that’s how often the gauchos made it to our table. We will be returning on a different day, but this experience was all around terrible.
