This review is as much for OpenTable as it is for Burger Federation. It was 9pm and I made a reservation for a table at 9:15, the earliest slot possible. The sign outside the restaurant said I'd receive a text when my table was ready. I wandered around and came back at 9:15. No staff near the entrance. Walked around some more. Came back 5 and 10 minutes later. No staff appeared to be looking for me or even on the floor. I still waited, and never received a text from OpenTable about my reservation despite receiving an email confirmation. Two big thumbs down for this system.
