No matter what city we visit a Burntwood in, it’s always consistent… good food for a good value.

The food and service were excellent. However the facility is”tired”. Ripped seat cushions etc

You can always count on this place to have a decent meal. Service was efficient and food was tasty.

Seat cushions in several booths had large rips in cloth which should be an embarrassment to the restaurant. The kid-sized $10 pie was a joke. Filthy mens restroom. Main meal was good but did not offset the ambiance.

Our food and ambiance was perfect for our party of 8 celebrating Christmas Eve! Jason was a great server and every food item came out perfectly!

Despite having a reservation, the hostess seated our 5 adults in a semi-circular booth which was too small. We should have refused and asked for a table because we were too crowded. The table right beside us had children who were playing on the floor, making things even worse. Our server tried to do a good job, but I think she had too many tables. Some of the food was good, but some was just so-so. Overall, not a successful Christmas dinner with friends.

It was okay. Service was slow and food was decent. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.

Prices were too high for the food quality and quantity. I paid $20 for 3 small 1-2" diameter slider sandwiches and small plates of roasted vegetables. I was still starving when I left.
