Hello!
My name is Burro. I love chef-inspired tacos, tequila drinks, good music (according to us), vegetarians, bourbon, graffiti, vegans, mood lighting, queso, AND YOU!!

Our kitchen is 100% nut and GLUTEN-FREE, and we are 100% serious about that.

For the "Liquid Diet" sort of crowd. Our bartenders are equally happy to whip you up a hand-crafted creation or a classic cocktail. If you just want a shot of tequila we're into that too.

Full house for our visit today. The wait staff did their best in keeping up with orders but they did take a bit more time that usual. And they forgot our appetizer, but it quickly came out with our meals. But the food was outstanding, the drink choice was amazing. Noise was high we had to yell at each other to communicate. But with all that, we will come back and hopefully they can work out the kinks

My family loves eating at the Burro! A couple of us have celiac and it is so refreshing to be able to go to a restaurant and not have to worry about gluten while not sacrificing taste. There are some old favourite tacos we really miss such as the Crispy Bourbon Chicken but we are crossing our fingers they will make a reappearance. Our only request is that there be a couple more taco options that are not spicy....not everyone loves a super spicy taco.

Thank you for the Taco Love Kimberly! Being a Gluten Free safe space is a huge piece of pride for us. Please, when you speak with your server, ask which tacos can be made not spicy. We can usually make adjustments to accommodate every palate.

We found this gem in Burlington. We were craving tacos. You will not be disappointed. I have tried every taco on the menu twice. All of them delicious and the presentation of each dish beautiful. Plus they have an awesome tequila line up.

Great food and atmosphere as usual. We had a new waitress tonight and she was great :) Service is always excellent!

The tacos and guacamole are amazing! A great, relaxed atmosphere! The roasted, Brussels sprout tacos (don’t knock it until you try it!) are next level!!

A tradition for my wife and I. No better way to celebrate Valentines Day than a meal at the Burro. As usual the food is unbelievable, such incredible flavours and such incredible care. We tried the nachos an appetizer today and they were amazing. After some tacos we had the half baked cheesecake which we have had before except this time instead of jam on top it was caramel sauce. WOW! The most incredible dessert to share. Thanks to everyone at the Burro my wife and I had a great Valentine’s Day meal. If you are looking for a truly incredible dining experience go to The Burro.
