I didn’t find my experience very pleasant during my Valentine’s Day date with my boyfriend Nick. The tables are pretty high and large. You cant comfortably lay your arms on it, and your date is not close enough to hear you with the noise level. The goat cheese croquette tasted like some kind of crunchy deep fried cheese stick I bought from Costco in the freezer section. I spent 200 dollars on a tomahawk, but I feel as if I only paid for the presentation of it. The meat was cooked far too long, and strangely it was flavorless. I could have cooked my own at home and it would have been far more delicious. Anyone who who appreciates the quality of food is not going to care about how you can burn alcohol on a piece of meat, or poorly sprinkling salt on it or saturating it in bland butter. And anyone who may enjoy the meat there must have lived a life of eating boiled chicken or boiled hot dogs with a piece of wonder bread as the bun. You charge way too much for the lack of quality you serve. I might as well go to black bear for their prime rib and spend a whopping 40 dollars.

Came in out of the rain. Ambiance was nice, but pricy. Menu, was nice, but I wish they would have had a larger selection of soup; like a clam chowder or a Lobster Bisque. Parking is another is a sue, though that is not their fault. The parking garages are tricky; It would have been nice to have valet or specifric garage

Great apps, cocktails and sandwiches. Really disappointing steak. Got the hanger steak and was cooked rare at first and asked for medium. Just didn’t recover when it came back. I’ll be back for drinks and apps

Went there based upon the reviews. First off let me say I don’t like ordering steaks at restaurants because I can probably make them better. We got the porterhouse and got it medium rare (asked for a true medium rare) and it was. The steak was flavorful and exactly what you should get from a nice restaurant. The rest of the food was amazing too. Now for the negative. A porterhouse for two was $150. Sign of the times I guess. The staff were amazing and the place was not loud, but from what we understood the kings weren’t playing and that’s why the place wasn’t busy. I would highly recommend this place as the food and service are better than almost anyplace you would get in Sacramento. You probably should not go there when there is an event at the stadium. Oh by the way. The Chef comes out and greets you like a Michelin star restaurant. His name is Nick. Awesome guy.

It was amazing. All the staff was super accommodating and nice. They all greeted my husband and I and congratulated us on our anniversary. The chef who did the tomahawk presentation was very entertaining. The food was amazing. Everything was perfect, from the staff, to the food and energy of the restaurant.

The crab cakes are delicious, the oysters are the best I've ever had and the Filet was like butter with exceptional flavor. The service is phenomenal!

Not a single food item missed the mark. Fried Goat Cheese was killer, the Brussels Sprouts were top notch, and the Garlic Truffle Fries were splendid. The table ordered a Filet, Two Porterhouse, and a Cesar. Everyone left happy and full. Jeanette came by to check in and welcome everyone, I witnessed her visit nearly every table. That level of service is outstanding. The chef brought out a new appetizer for us to sample, an incredible beet-stained beef tartar-esque platter on thin bruschetta. Would order again in a heartbeat if it were featured regularly. Highly recommend.

The food was absolutely delicious. The service was equally amazing. I had brought guests from Germany and they were very impressed with the quality and preparation of the food. I would not hesitate to come again.
