Drawing on the South’s trademark charm, the restaurant offers a vibrant, cozy atmosphere with an innovative American menu featuring Southern-influences. Santos channels his love of New Orleans and all things Southern to transport guests to the Bayou by way of Buttermilk & Bourbon.
Takeout and delivery services are available via our website and Doordash. There are 3 options for seating: Standard (Indoors), High-Top (Indoors) and Patio (Outdoor). All outdoor patio reservations are subject to being canceled in the event of inclement weather. We offer a fifteen-minute grace period and ask that you call us if you will be running late or your reservation may be cancelled.
*We allot 1 hour and a half for a reservation of 2 guests and 2 hours for reservations consisting of 3 or more guests.

Pablo was our server & he couldn't answer basic questions. We asked to have 1 order of chicken & waffles divided in two and out on 2 plates for easier sharing and he could not grasp the concept. Anything we asked, he replied, "I can ask the chef. I haven't been working here that long." The butter that comes with the chicken/waffles was too cold to spread. They also had items [fried oysters eggs benedict] on an online menu assigned to the Watertown location that they aren't actually serving, which was a bit disappointing.

We came to Buttermilk and Bourbon for brunch. I really wanted the biscuits and gravy, but unfortunately, found them too spicy to finish. The wagyu burger sliders were amazing! I would highly recommend ordering them. The baked crab dip tasted off to both my husband and I, so we didn't eat it. The soft serve mimosa, with pear sorbet, was delicious, and the beignets were the best part of the meal. Our server was very friendly.

This was out third time at this location and I was highly disappointed in the decline of the quality of the food. The infamous biscuits were undercooked and doughy. I asked for plain pancakes but was brought chocolate chip, what if I had a chocolate allergy. Simple attention to detail left is waiting for our to go boxes and bill past 30 mins of us asking.

We go to Buttermilk and Bourbon in Watertown regularly but this was the first time ever we had very poor service. The woman that waited on us made it apparent she didn’t want to be serving us since it was an hour until close. She dropped the food off and we never saw her until the end of the meal. We had to get someone else to just fill out water glasses. We were also told that there was no way for her to avoid bringing out all to dishes at the same time since we wanted them paced. . Unfortunately, as much as we usually love this place, this left a very bad impression. The restaurant should not have servers working there that visibly do not want to be helpful or nice.

Biscuits are otherworldly! Shrimp n grits were awesome and everyone was super friendly

Food was fantastic. We had the honey glazed biscuits, pulled pork fries, and wagyu sliders. Kids (5 and 8) loved it all. Pimento cheese and cinnamon butter was super good with the biscuits. Kids did not like the hot chocolate. It was white hot chocolate dyed red. I probably should have asked more about the hot chocolate before ordering. I was excited about the “hot chocolate bar” assuming that it was typical hot chocolate with a variety of toppings to choose from. Great variety of toppings!

Always delicious!! We had the Ahi Tuna, baked oysters, baked brisket mac & cheese, and buttermilk fried chicken with sweet & spicy sauce!! Fabulous!! You must try the buttermilk fried chicken and homemade biscuits! You won't regret! Always fresh, Always Fabulous! Great craft cocktails, too! A must try!
