                                                                      Staff were excellent and our main wait staff member Chris was fabulous. The grilled eggplant, hummus, grilled shrimp, and lentil pide stood out but all the food was delicious. We were from out of town and found convenient parking at Mirvish.

                                                                      From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere was vibrant, with a live DJ playing popular tunes that set the perfect tone for a great evening. Byblos is a fantastic dining experience with incredible food, great music, and an energetic vibe. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable night out in Toronto! We started with the lamb ribs and crispy shrimp appetizers, which were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The lamb ribs were tender and rich, while the crispy shrimp had just the right amount of crunch and a delicious balance of spices. For mains, we tried the short rib kebab, Middle Eastern fried chicken, and the sweet jeweled rice. The short rib kebab was incredibly flavorful, with meat that practically melted in our mouths. The fried chicken was a delightful surprise—crispy, juicy, and seasoned beautifully. The sweet jeweled rice was the perfect with its aromatic blend of spices and a touch of sweetness that tied everything together.

                                                                      We were disappointed at Byblos. We didn’t know that there was an upstairs to the restaurant. It would’ve been nice to have been offered the choice to sit upstairs as it looked much nicer than the downstairs part. The food was fairly good but overpriced for what you get.

Service was really good; however, I wished the server would have drawn my attention to wines available other than the by the glass list. So I felt a bit limited by wine choice, not realizing that there were more available by turning the page!

                                                                      Always outstanding. It’s great for vegetarians and meat lovers. The jeweled rice is not to be missed, an absolute delight. The way each dish was layered in flavor is just masterful and truly difficult to replicate. On the pricier side, it is a treat and perfect for special occassions.

                                                                      It was a great idea to go for a late night dinner to Byblos after a great workout at Maximus Boxing Club. We a portion of crispy shrimps and harissa roasted half chicken with thrice cooked fries on the side. Amazing and relaxing atmosphere with tasty food and excellent service.
