   I’ve been to Byblos multiple times and they never miss! This time I went for Valentine’s Day with my husband and wanted to specifically shout out and thank our waitress Lea for being so friendly and warm towards us!

   I had specifically requested a quiet, romantic setting well in advance, even informing the manager, as I planned to propose to my fiancée on Valentine’s Day. Despite this, we were seated near the bar. The service was lacking, with the waitress only checking on us once or twice. To make matters worse, we noticed a mousetrap nearby, which was quite unsettling. The menu was priced at $125 per person, yet the portions were disappointingly small. For our entrées, we ordered steak—mine medium rare and hers medium well—but both were dry and consisted of nearly 50% fat. On the positive side, the manager did apologize and comped our steaks and drinks (we had two glasses of wine). However, the overall experience was far from what I had hoped for, and I ultimately had to postpone my proposal. It was a huge letdown for such a special occasion, and I won’t be returning.

   Excellent service coupled with delicious food made for a remarkable dining experience. Kudos to the servers who were knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

   Byblos has never let us down. The fried eggplant is a sleeper choice you must try, and the lamb shoulder is a stunner every time.

   this was my third time dining at byblos, but i hadn't been there for about a year. i was worried that perhaps the quality had dipped in time, but it was really quite the opposite. the food and drinks were incredibly delicious and well prepared. our server was working double duty as the bartender but his level of service and attention were excellent throughout the whole night. i can't recommend this place enough.

   Incredible food - unique and unexpected pairings that work together beautifully. Service was excellent, our server was friendly and attentive. Food came out quick. Stunning ambiance. Highly recommend, this is now one of our favs!

   Try the labneh, skip the hummus royale and truffle pide. Halloumi was very interesting, recommend if you like honey. The short ribs were soft and the brussel sprouts were a little more unique than the basic balsamic brussel sprouts everywhere right now. The wow factor was missing on most of the dishes.

   Amazing experience! Went there for my wife’s birthday and had outstanding service and lovely ambience. Food was absolutely spectacular. Definitely wanna go back and try all the options on the menu!
