    Service was slow. Receptionist wasn’t available and we sat down stairs for a long time almost missing our reservation . I tried calling several times even called the actual hotel and there was no response. Food delicious views were immaculate. Over great time.

    The food as usual was fantastic, the service and ambiance were not as expected. It was an exceptionally busy night, but our service was slow - where we had to wait for utensils after receiving our entrees. The table we were seated at was heavily trafficked and too loud to have an intimate conversation while celebrating a milestone anniversary.

    Jamie made it so easy for our date night to be great. She asked if we had ever been before and we hadn’t so she took the time to make sure we were familiar with the menu and drink menu. Telling us what we could do, what entrees could be paired together, and items that were not on the menu and were available to order. She made amazing recommendations for the food and we had the NY strip steak with a crab cake and got lobster and additional crab mean with some mashed potatoes. Everything was spectacular. We even paired it with a few glasses of Chardonnay. 10/10 experience and we will be back!

    Bygone is one of my favorite dining experiences in Baltimore. You can never go wrong with an Atlas establishment. The management and service is impeccable as always. A special thanks to Ahn and Jamie for making me and my friends like family. 💜

    The dinner was ok, but nothing out of this world for the price. I feel like when I go to the Bygone I am really paying for the view of the city. That is what makes this place special. I do feel that for what you get food wise, it is overpriced. Each dinner entree should drop at least $25.00 in my opinion . Drinks were excellent.

    This was my first time coming to this restaurant Im from NC and got referred this restaurant for my birthday and this experience was absolutely beautiful, customer service was beyond amazing any questions that I had got answered right away , you will absolutely feel welcomed here !!
