We had the chefs tasting menu special. It was about 6 course and amazing 10/10. They hit every type of food. Cold, warm, land, sea and sky. The view was phenomenal. Drinks were delicious and my birthday surprise was very thoughtful. We had a great time and appreciate all of the staff.

I read review criticizing the Sunday buffet. I decided to go anyway and take my brother-in-law and ssiter to the buffet for his birthday. The experience was awesome. I used to go to the Sunday brunch at the Hamptons which closed but used to be in the Harbvor Court hotel. Baltimore has not had a brunch like that since the Hamptons closed, but not it does. I can't say enough good things about this buffet. There were oysters, crab claws, giant shrimp, made to order omelettes (I had shrimp and crab and ham and sausage and bacon in mine). They had prime rib and pork tenderloin and cheesy grits and bacon (The bacon was think and they could have had some crispy bacon, but it was good) they had pork sausage and chicken sausage and regular scrambled eggs, multiple pastries, amazing salad combinations and desserts. I am still not sure what the white dessert was with the raspberry in the center but it was amazing. If you want to impress someone, this is THE place to go. It was expensive but averaged out to about $100/person after the alcohol was added in. I can't wait to go back, but please go hungry. If you're not hungry, you'll be disappointed for not having enough room to try all the amazing food. The Bygone's buffet rivals that of the Hershey Hotel in Hershey, PA for those of you who have been there. I highly recommend this even if it is a once in a life time experience.

From the moment you walk into the Bygone you are greeted and catered to by a very professional and experienced staff. Nearly every seat in the restaurant has a spectacular view of the city and harbor. The cocktails are very well crafted we highly recommend the Daisy Bygone. Every course we ordered came out at a perfect pace so we weren’t over encumbered with plates on our table. Each dish was like a masterpiece of art it almost felt bad to dig into it with cutlery. As beautiful as each dish looked they tasted even better. Perfect portions and expert flavor combinations. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation at the Bygone.

Such a wonderful experience. The wine list was incredible and I was thrilled that even their wines by the glass included some excellent options. Wish I had come here on my first night in Baltimore so I could have ordered a bottle (traveling alone was too much wine for one evening). Papas bravas really stole the show as an appetizer, and the osso buco was delicious. Staff were friendly. I am visually impaired and can’t speak to the ambiance, but on the 29th floor looking over the harbor, I’m sure it was beautiful for dinner. It was a lovely send off from Baltimore and I will certainly be back. Please consider for a romantic meal, business dinner, or even if you’re traveling alone and just want a lovely place to treat yourself.

From the moment we walked into The Bygone, we knew we were in for something special. We were warmly greeted by the host, whose energy and enthusiasm were truly contagious. She was not only incredibly welcoming, but also eager to share her favorite dishes and what she loves most about the restaurant—which immediately set a positive tone for the evening. The ambiance was upscale yet inviting, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, and we never once had to ask for a refill or flag someone down. Everything flowed smoothly, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy the experience. The food? Absolutely amazing. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and packed with flavor, living up to the hype and then some. All in all, The Bygone left a lasting impression. If you’re on the fence about visiting, I highly recommend giving it a try. You won’t be disappointed!
