Love C Level, delicious food we had the wagyu burger and the blackened fish tacos. Yum. Also had the coconut shrimp everything was great. The views of Downtown San Diego are amazing and being right on the water makes C Level a special place!

The environment and view were spectacular! I enjoyed the friendly staff and how they pack your to-go food. Unfortunately all the food was too overpowering that you get flavor fatigue.

My wife and I had dinner here while I’m business in San Diego. It’s a fantastic setting, right on the water overlooking San Diego Bay, with beautiful views of the skyline, particularly mesmerizing at night with all the city buildings lit up. We both had the macadamia and coconut crusted mahi, which was perfectly done. We also ordered a half order of the lobster mac & cheese. It was very good, not the best That we’ve had, and I’m glad we didn’t get it as a main course. The lobster bisque by far is the best that I’ve ever had, and we’re from New England, so that’s saying a lot! Our server, Dusti, was very attentive without being intrusive or overbearing. We never felt rushed, but we felt well taken care of! Overall it’s a wonderful dining experience, and I highly recommend it.

Mindi was our server and was very attentive, engaging, and personable. We had a great view of the bay. The food was wonderful and plentiful:) We had a very enjoyable and memorable evening! We will definitely come back when in town.

The view is always amazing. At 11:45 on a Thursday, the music was very annoying and took away from the experience.

The view is outstanding! Always worth it to take out of town company there. It presents a casual and relaxed setting. Nice contemporary menu with many options. A couple can even choose to share an item like their.waygu burger and they’ll bring it out onto two plates. Nice touch. Their prices have increased once again, but so have other prices at any given restaurant.

we had the most magical experience at sea level restaurant on Harbor Island in San Diego. What a beautiful day it must’ve been 80° with a clear sky overlooking the San Diego skyline. We were so fortunate to have my favorite waitress, Bernadette she has the best smile and the best attitude of any server, waitress waiter I know in all of San Diego county. And having gone there so many times in the past 10 or 12 years, we got to know the best assistant to server, his name was Jimmy attention to detail is unbelievable and he’s so pleasant and he recognizes us every time we come there we had a great experience and the food was incredible and I don’t want to say this out loud but my wife and I split the fish and chips and for an extra three dollars you get four pieces of fish instead of three love this place you can’t do better than an afternoon outside at C level.
