Nice and cozy Cacao bar. Is a must visit for hot chocolate and tea. There food is truly special !!

We had the tea time and it was great. We were first given a small soup and then a three-tiered plate with snacks. They were more unique than the usual that come with tea time. Last they brought dessert. It was a lot of food and I couldn’t even finish my half. Service was also very good. Our experience took about 1 1/2 hours but estimate more time for shopping if you want to buy some chocolates after.

This place serves exceptional hot chocolate! My personal favorite is the hazelnut milk chocolate. The service is outstanding, staff are incredibly respectful and accommodating. Initially, I ordered a plain white chocolate, but after taking a sip and realizing I didn’t like it, I requested a hazelnut white chocolate instead. They graciously replaced it without charging extra. On top of that, I received three different types of complimentary chocolate shots! The ambiance is perfect for hanging out, and trust me, this is the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. After this experience, I don’t think I can settle for hot chocolate from just any regular coffee shop—this place has truly set a new standard for me!

I want to tell the owners that your server that was working Wed, Jan 29 during lunchtime is AMAZING! He was making drinks, serving food, answering the phone, dealing with phone and takeout orders AND being so attentive to everyone sitting at the tables. He was so incredibly kind and made my daughter's birthday one to remember! What a superstar! Please give him a raise!

Everything was good. I was hoping it would have been better. Will we go back? Yes. Will we get the afternoon tea. No.

Tasty sandwiches arranged in an artisan display. Now a large selection of tea but it was hot and properly brewed. The service was outstanding. Cute cafe. A little pricey at $70 per person. Recommend the hot chocolate too!

Was a great experience, very surprising with the flavor and texture from the desserts to the beverages. Great staff and nice place to shop for gifts and cute chocolates.

We had such a fantastic time here! My daughter and I went for afternoon tea and had the most leisurely afternoon. At no point did we feel rushed and the courses were perfectly spaced out. Johnny and his team were exceptional from start to finish. Thank you!!
