If you're looking for a neighborhood gem in NMB area, this is a DIAMOND! The food is exquisite--my cousin was in from out of town, and it was the first place I took her to since it was close by-- we had the calamari to start, followed by the 4-cheese gnocchi & the branzino w/risotto. When we return, we are definitely going for the full-on cacio e pepe experience (which we witnessed a couple times during our dining experience!)

The food was delicious. The service was great. I had the ossobuco, and my husband had branzino. The ossobuco was tender and lots of flavor. The branzio was cooked perfectly and delicious.

The ambiance is that of a homey Italian trattoria. The food is not authentic (I grew up in Italy and am back there at least twice a year) and seems to be prepared by line cooks rather than a chef. I would not go back.

It was our first visit and the food was really good….carpaccio, veal saltimbaca, veal piccata and mushroom linguini. All were prepared well with a nice presentation. Our group agreed that we will be back.
