Café Bistro open for counter service during the day and table service at night. We also offer to Welcome spring this unique Sugar Shack dinners. Enjoy a six-course meal (featuring maple toffee for dessert) will be hosted in wood-fire heated outfitter tents on the patio. Outdoor seating at 6 p.m on March 13nd, 14rd, 20th, 21th, 27th, 28th, & April 3th, 4th, 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th 2020.

Bistro reservations are available for dinner service Thursday through Saturday.

My husband and I went for dinner - the food was great. I had the Ratatouille with warm potato salad and it was perfect. Our server had a lovely French accent and was very attentive.

Feels more like a cafeteria- wouldn’t go back. It might be nice in the summer with the patio but nothing special.

It was extremely busy that evening as it was the last night of the patio series. The staff are very friendly however they are very short staffed We received our meal but that was it

Loved the ambience with the live music and the beautiful patio, the poutine, and the friendly wait staff. I loved the feeling of culture within Edmonton.

The patio is gorgeous and the live music a plus. The service was good particularly considering the storm and having to bring in all the tables and chairs. The only slight disappointment was the menu. I was hoping it would have more french influence. Perhaps a crepe or souffle would be a nice addition.

While the food (when we got it) was very good, the service was a real miss. The restaurant was not busy at all but the waiter seemed too busy to take our order, to bring the salads that were meant to come as part of our meals, to check to see whether the drink I requested was available, and to give us our cheque. A couple of times he leaned across the bar and shouted to us, interrupting our conversation, rather than walking over to our table to speak to us (NOT an effective way to invent us to order dessert). I like this little restaurant and the food is worth a drive but I don’t plan to go back as the service was so off-putting. It shouldn’t take over an hour to get some food to the table when the kitchen isn’t busy, or another half hour to get all the components of the plate to the table.
