                                                                                            We always love Cafe Chardonnay and have been coming here for years Exceptional service as always. Food was very good, except I ordered the octopus and the actual octopus was really small - like a quarter of usual size. But it tasted good. The only real issue was with a drink. Ordered a Manhattan and it came with soda fountain type ice cubes. This day and age that kind of drink is always served with big block cube. Sounds petty but it does make the drink! They need to get with the program and make the good cubes !! We were shocked that such an upscale place couldn’t have decent ice cubes. If you know you know.

Selection of menu items was varied and all were enticing. Preparation and presentation met the expectation. There is a reason that this is one of the area’s best restaurants- it is deserved. We had a special night and will return again and again. Thank you

                                                                                            Lovely dining experience! Polite staff. Very pleasing decor. Excellent service. Dietary restrictions accommodated with ease. Food was delicious and presentation was delightful. A pricey meal however with the extensive and interesting menu (including a lengthy list of specials), the high quality of the food and the fantastic service, I don't mind paying a higher price. The most surprising was a $7 draft craft beer on tap - and that was the regular price! This restaurant is only open for dinner, 7 days a week and there is no happy hour feature. Next time, I will ask for upstairs seating for a different perspective. Outdoor seating is available with space heaters to ward off the evening chill if needed. A great place for a special occasion or just for a culinary treat!

                                                                                            Pathetic! I frequent the place. We arrived at 5 50 told to go upstairs. I had a reservation. Tables were empty. I asked for downstairs. They said no, then we waited. Tables still empty. Finally they escorted us to a table. Our waiter was obnoxious. He was rushing us. Watching, asking are you ready, are you done? It was an hour at the table. Btw my food was cold. I didn’t say anything. He was the only horrible waiter I have had at your restaurant. I’ve been coming for years!
