Lovely location and views within the ORO courtyard. Decor pleasant, though the scallop shells above the circular bar look odd. Enthusiastic and pleasant service. Food of a good standard despite the distance to the kitchen - though certainly not Michelin * level. 15% SC included in the check, OK, but card machine prompting for a further large tip seemed less so.

The Food & ambiance were amazing. Our Dover Sole were Brilliant. The best thing about the Cafe Laperouse is its STAFF. They are amazing, super helpful & friendly. Special shoutout / many thanks to Paula C & the Sommelier.

Food was great, you would expect more form service, waiters are unbeknownst to the menu ranging from drinks to what consist each main plate item… ordered orange juice waiter said “we don’t serve juices here mam…” even though menu clearly states a whole set of options. For the end of it, or the big bang of this dinning was the fact 2 rats were roaming free throughout the venue with staff mostly ok with our rodents friends, to the extent I had to raise to a waiter to speak to manager and make him aware of the situation. Very pretty restaurant, well decorated and located, highly sought menu with lots of must haves, but with loads of room to improve.

We went for a late lunch on a Thursday and it was pretty empty so the atmosphere was lacking. Oysters were so good very fresh. The decor is gorgeous! Think they just need more people inside, might be busier on a weekend though. Rum baba was tasty but too boozy for my liking!

Beautiful location. Top notch service, and friendly staff. Smaller menu but good food. Drinks very expensive but good.

We have booked salon laperouse but instead we were sitting in the other area. The food was ok, though overall experience wasnt pleasant.

Beautiful setting and attentive service, transported to Paris for the evening in the most decadent of surroundings. It is expensive but the over all experience makes it highly worthwhile. Highly recommend.

Overpriced and service was lacking. The potato caviar was terrible, underseasoned and the caviar tasted of nothing, for £68 we expected more. I think they still need to find their feet. Perhaps that will happen soon.
