Was expecting way more people there being it was a Friday evening . Also the waiter sat us at a table with a cold fan right over us in the ceiling when over half the tables in the restaurant were empty . Food was decent

This is one of the favorites in Halifax. They even have green chartreuse for a digestive. The hazelnut dacquoise was fabulous. Délicieux

Exceptional service and delicious food! Quite an enjoyable evening celebrating our son’s birthday. Kistyn provided excellent service, friendly, helpful and attentive. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Absolutely delicious French bistro cuisine, with equally delightful service! The portions were modest but rich and filling. The prices (especially but not exclusively for Americans and the favorable exchange rate) were modest, too. Highly recommend.

Charming hospitality. Inventive and delicious food. Perfect service. The Dine Around Halifax menu was a revelation. The champagne-coté soup and salmon were exceptional, as was the almond-garlic butter for the escargots and the perfectly warmed and so-light creme brûlée. There was one mishap - the first plate of chicken cordon bleu was terribly overcooked - when we shared that with our server, he immediately offered to bring a new plate, which was perfectly cooked. We were impressed.
