   We had a great family meal at Cafe Sapori. There is something for everyone on the menu. Food is always good and consistent. Service is excellent. Cafe Sapori is on our rotation for family dinners.

   I have been going to Cafe Sapori for years. This time I have to say it was the pits not the food but the service .We were a table of 4 Birthday Dinner. The server it took 20 min to get us a refill on diet cokes. and the story goes on . We tipped him 10 percent and when we left I felt good he needs to back to school.

   Overrated expectations, but some good moments I love Italian cuisine for its bold and rich flavors, so I was intrigued by this restaurant. The location is excellent—just across the bridge from Trump’s residence—and the interior is cozy, with two terrace areas (one for events and another for regular dining) and a central hall. However, things started going wrong… I had reserved a table for six, but we arrived with seven adults and one child. Instead of offering us two tables or a larger one, the waiter simply added chairs, squeezing us around a small round table in a walkway. Not exactly the Italian approach to guest comfort. The menu looked promising. The waiter tried to act like a pro, memorizing our order like they do in real Italian restaurants. However, he kept interrupting our conversation to clarify what we had ordered, and unfortunately, he also had a noticeable body odor—this affected the overall experience. As for the food: •Burrata – mediocre, with a bland sauce and tomatoes that were underripe and lacked sweetness. •Fried calamari – well-cooked and delicious. •Margherita pizza – thin crust, lots of cheese, the kids loved it! •Mushroom and truffle risotto – tasted sour, with no trace of truffle aroma. •Meatball pasta – completely flavorless. •Desserts: the ice cream was good, but the crème brûlée had separated—definitely not right. •Lemonades – excellent! Overall, I’d rate this restaurant 3 out of 5. Maybe it was just an unlucky first experience, but I don’t see myself coming back. Wishing them the best—there’s room for improvement! P/s Great coffee, but a small disappointment The coffee was excellent, just as it should be in an Italian restaurant—rich, aromatic, and well-made. However, it was served on a dirty saucer, which was an unfortunate detail that slightly took away from the experience. A small thing, but cleanliness matters.

   The second time in a row, we found hair in our food. I found the waiter to be in a rush and not concerned about our meal. Not my best experience at this restaurant

   The nonsense with the valet sets the tone for the rest of your experience. There’s no self-parking, so you're forced to valet. It's congested and chaotic, and the employees are impolite and very rough. The hostess on Valentine's night was unprofessional and lacked urgency. He had a long line of people at the hostess stand, and his attention was often elsewhere. The service was incredibly poor. The waitstaff isn’t properly trained and forget fine dining training; they have no baseline skills in hospitality. The food was average at best and lacked flavor. This is a hard pass; go elsewhere.

    The food arrived cold, and we had to request the same items multiple times. The specials were not as described and were missing key components. The lighting was poor, and the valet service was completely disorganized. The place has potential, but there are serious management and kitchen issues that need to be addressed.
