    We had the oriental breakfast, very nice but we would have loved to have a scone instead of 2 croissants. Furthermore it was very good, the fresh fruit, the fresh orange juice and the ambiance.

    A restaurant that is well located in London but doesn't perhaps rely on repeat patrons. The food was very good but the service not. Our reservation was "lost" and we waited for 20+ minutes to be seated - we had the email confirmation of our booking. We ordered white wine and after 4 attempts & apologies that each wine we ordered wasn't available it was shared that there wasn't any white wine in the fridge. This took some time to establish. The starters arrived at two different times - approx. 15 minutes apart. There was confusion about what was ordered - set menu or a la carte, we hadn't been given the set menu. As we were attending the theatre we ran out of time to order deserts / coffees etc We accept that at times issues happen in restaurants and the staff were apologetic at each issue. However we were charged the full service charge and no real action to compensate us for the bizarre experience.

    The food was excellent. The staff are actually very charming. However, they don't seem to have been trained to keep their eyes on the customers, as they walk around with their heads down. Hence, I had to get up twice to follow up on missing items from our order. Just needs tweeking!

    staff were really friendly at the start. however after being there for an hour and a half we felt like the staff were rushing us to leave by continuously standing next to our table and kept asking us if we want the bill. seems unfair as we weren’t there for that long and had ordered a lot of food and paid service charge

    The whole atmosphere was lovely. I think I made a good choice for my big birthday. However, my daughter found a hair in her pasta. Staff decided that if they exchange her dish to a new one, the issue will be sorted. I had to explain that it was not a nice incident during the big birthday celebration. We got a complimentary box of macaroons. Overall we liked the mocktails and desserts.

    My friends and I were treated very poorly by the manager. I was running late and he told my friends (that had arrived on time) that I needed to arrive in the next 10 minutes or we'd lose the booking. He went on to lecture my friends about how when you book for 5:30, you need to arrive at 5:30 (which they did). He told them that I would need to look at the menu online and put my order over the phone. He told us we would have to leave by 6:30 (so only 1 hour having the table) which is crazy- what type of restaurant only gives you 1 hour at the table. In the end they didn't rush us to leave, as another colleague with seniority stepped in. That being said, how we were initially treated out a damper on the evening.

    Terrible coffee - very weak and tasted like the machine hadn’t been cleaned in a while! £80 for three people to have egg on toast with coffees is ridiculous, especially when the standard was so bad

    I took a group of friends to this branch of Caffe Concerto, I have eaten at other branches before and had a good time. The food was mostly very good though one member of my party did complain that her food was just ok. The down side was the service, our order was taken by the waiter who just stood at one end of the table so those at the other end had to give their order several times, one member of my party was given food she had not ordered and despite saying she had not ordered it the dish was presented to her 3 times, eventually she had to go and find the manager to get her order filled correctly, 2 others (me included) had to wait 20 mins after everyone else was served before we got our main course. At the end of the meal despite the problems we had had with the service no apology was forthcoming and no reduction or any kind of recompense was offered. Despite the good food the evening was spoilt by the poor service. I would not return to this branch.
