   We had an allergen in one meal, with a major ingredient not listed in the menu.. the staff, server and manager went beyond our wildest dreams to make sure we were well taken care of, and brought out another meal super quick, and made promise to add most common ingredients to the menu. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

   I've eaten at Cafe Italiano many times and have never been disappointed. Attentive and pleasant staff, excellent service and great food.

   Very good food and service. The only drawback is that you can hear the noise coming from the casino machines which can be annoying after a while.

   Food: My husband and I both had the ribeye and it was grilled perfectly but the accompanying sauce was bland, needed a black peppercorn sauce. We added on shrimp & lobster tail but they weren’t very flavourful, needed much more garlic butter. The Caesar salad & calamari were very good. There was no bread, apparently they ran out. Ambiance: We had a table for 2 that was so tiny our food barely fit. We were on the lowest level and it was a bit chilly. Overall: Too pricey for the ambiance

   SO loud, did not look like the pictures on the website, waitress didn’t bring us our second drinks, but still put them on the bill.disappointing and expensive

   Our dinner was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed every course. It was a lovely valentines Day.

   What a great experience- we thoroughly enjoyed not only our outing together as a family but trying new menu items from the 4 course meal served. Service was excellent!
